McFadden Construction was founded in 1990 by Don McFadden. Don has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to forming his own company, Don worked along side of his two brothers Larry and Royce to build over one hundred quality residential homes and duplexes in the Southern Illinois area.
In 1990 Don started his own company “McFadden Construction, Inc.” and has since gained the recognition and respect as one o the top builders in the area. McFadden Construction is known to many of the more exclusive communities such as Crown Pointe, Ravenwood, Stone Wolf, and the Orchards. McFadden Construction has had homes featured in the St. Louis Post Dispatch as well as The Belleville News Democrat.
In September of 2002 McFadden Construction expanded into the ever growing Columbia and Waterloo, Illinois area, with the addition of project manager Bryon Davision, In 2005 McFadden Construction expanded further into Smithton, Illinois by doing numerous homes in The Manors of Fieldstone and in November of 2007 and 2008 will have a few more subdivision in Mascoutah, O’Fallon and Shiloh areas. In November 2006 McFadden Construction added Carolyn Miller, Director of Sales and Marketing to their Staff. McFadden Construction, Inc. is soon to be recognized as one of the preferred custom home builders in this area.
